In NYC Cablevision is working really fast which explains why the two boroughs they service are the furthest ahead with LTE.

Sprint put backhaul out to bid nationwide.  There are usually a half dozen backhaul providers for each market.  There is no way that only one or two backhaul providers can get to every site in a market.  Some sites may be miles from a specific vendor.  So it take a good mix of vendors to complete the task.

I know I have seen Comcast and FL High Speed Internet listed on Speedtest as the providers previously (all Orlando area).

I guess in delaware they still vacation last year .lol. help wanted backhaul providers need, nv get close to done expect fiber.
