Sprint AWS licenses

Someone posted this link on a different thread, but I wondered what happened to sprint's licenses to AWS (partnership with spectrum co)

 

I know sprint doesn't have plans for AWS since they already have the spectrum they need to build a competive LTE network against its rivals

 

But do you think sprint might build out AWS in the future?

I wouldn't think so, they would probably try to get more spectrum in the bands they currently use. That would save the cost of deploying new equipment and new phones.

Sprint bowed out of that partnership.  Cable companies Partnered with VZW which now has access to that spectrum.

The only reason Sprint would get in the AWS game would be if there was a fire sale because another operator had to sell some off.
