digiblur
Hope the FCC remembers the whole 148W DBS license lies and rips this out from under them too.
cletus
I think they should get a waiver until the concerns about maximum power for E Block are finalized.. That seems reasonable to me.
supert0nes
Any of the other 3 could build this out. Might as well take it back.
iansltx
Heck, Dish could lose their rebanded fka-S-band spectrum as well. I certainly don't want to see that stuff going to AT&T or Verizon (though of the two AT&T needs it more) but that just might happen.

WiWavelength
Take it easy, guys. Dish has only Lower 700 MHz E block 6 MHz unpaired licenses. There is no legitimate use case for that spectrum currently. Some relief is justified. AT&T would file for the same for its unpaired spectrum, but Qualcomm likely already satisfied those buildout requirements with its ill fated MediaFLO broadcast deployment. So, AT&T probably has that as a get out of jail free card. AJ
S4GRU
Much ado about nothing. Let Charlie have his waiver, and go back to Denver and lick his wounds. Robert
