vitodonuts
Ive done all that.....went to sprint and they scratched there heads. Both store models s6 and s6 edge were both disabled but the note 5 and edge plus were fine.....they put the msl code in and manually turned it on so no updates for me. anthony.spina97
So I'm in Ntelos land, near Charlottesville, WV (confirmed via SID 4379), and I'm getting 3-5 bars of EVDO. Have to keep turning LTE off because everytime my iPhone 6 tries to connect, it drops to one bar of 1x and goes to no service. Disabling LTE immediately reestablishes 3G. So, at least for me, no LTE. -Anthony
red_dog007
Will ntelos even need a PRL once Shenntal takes over and takes over towers?

Vince
CA disabled after prl update , called cs was on the phone with advance tech no clue whats going on and they won't give me MSL code. Need to go to store sunday when i am off what a inconvenience. Getting your MSL is incredibly easy. Open a support chat and say you factory reset your phone, and it's asking you for "some kind of MSL code" to complete the process. Play dumb. You should get it first shot, and if you don't, try another rep. Some reps confuse a customer asking for their MSL as requesting an unlock.
