Samsung Galaxy Nexus 4.2.1 upgrade

I downloaded it last week and just fastbooted the GA02 radios to go with my CM10.1 builds. The combo has been running fine. I might actually flash the full GA02 build when I have the time to see if the battery draining GPS lock bug in most of the 4.2.1 roms is fixed.

That's the only thing I hate about the 4.2 cm10 builds is the GPS bug. Its not the fact it won't lock on. Its the point it won't STAY LOCKED.

Do you have the GPS Status app? I had the same issue when I first flashed 4.2. I was able to fix it by cycling GPS on and off then downloading the AGPS data. I haven't had any problems since. Just flashed 4.2.1 2 a few days ago and everything is still working fine.

Have to try that app thanks a lot.

Got the update yesterday. So far I have seen a precisely 0% RF performance change. Battery life seems to be somewhat improved, however.

The new features are not really there for me, but the improved battery life (if it keeps up and is not just an anomaly) is welcome.

I have seen a negative in RF performance overall. I had more dead spots than I used to. I'm taking my phone in to Sprint tomorrow. :(
