mahalocat
Shockingly Oahu! Kailua, Kona or Kailua, Oahu?Sent from my SM-N900P using Tapatalk
mahalocat
That may be so - But Somehow it was fired up in Kailua town for a few hours.... The Kailua tower on the Big Island (behind the Target) is the only LTE site accepted in Hawaii currently. Robert
S4GRU
Shockingly Oahu! Whoa. I assumed you meant Kailua Kona. Lemme check something... Robert
S4GRU
I just checked the system and there are no sites accepted around Kailua Town just yet. So they must be testing. But that's a great sign! Robert
mahalocat
Fingers Crossed....They have upgraded their antenna in Kailua per 808Bills note above....

bbspot
We may be closer than you think. I had a STRONG LTE signal in Kailua for a few hours last week. Testing the tower? Or just false hope? Use sensorly and map it.
mahalocat
Use sensorly and map it. Its gone now.... Was up from as late as 5pm (when I drove in) through at least midnight (last time I checked) When I woke up the next day...it was gone! If they announce competitive prices this week I'll keep with them. It's nice to see progress. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk

808Bill
Has it been up for a while or are they testing? Sent from my SM-N900P using Tapatalk Don't know. I was at Longs and glanced at my phone to use Google Wallet, and saw the 4G. Don't have it at home so I think it's just one tower. Probably the one on Kahuhipa Street. 808Bill
Map it on sensorly. If I catch it again I will. I was in such a state of shock at seeing it, I'm surprised I remembered to do a speed test. bbspot
network.sprint.com shows two "2 speed upgrades" in kaneohe & kailua. Maybe Robert's next NV update will show them The airport only has 1 speed upgrade.
808Bill
4G up this morning in Kaneohe. I'm pretty sure it's the tower at the corner of Kahuhipa and Kahekili Hwy. I mapped my trip with Sensorly. Just 3G in Kailua and Aeia. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
