That being said, I have seen work in a tower drag on. for a few weeks. I've seen that too , but with Sprint haven't seen how long it took here .. specially with it begin windy a lot lately..I'm sure that pushes stuff back. Those guys were on the tower all day yesterday.. so I'm expecting the added support to be done .. and if panels adds are the plan I would say today or tomorrow to add seem reasonable Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

They're often different crews.

And this does future proof the site .. so, my guess all it would take is a software update to turn on b26Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

This is just getting you up to speed with the rest of the country at this point. Any 5G upgrades, or additional capacity adds will still need more equipment down the line. So long as they actually install the B26 RRUs and other related equipment, it should be a relatively quick process once they are cleared to use the spectrum. It may require a site visit to turn on, or it could be pushed via software, I'm not sure. But either way, if everything is installed now, it'll be a quick process. Ya, its refreshing to see for a change ...now just waiting to see how many of the 21 permits approved can they finish this year.. that would put them at 28 completed out of 86 .. long way to go Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

If the site has B26 RRUs and a capable antenna, no site visit should be necessary to turn it on. Unless they’ve done something really dumb. When they did B26 the first time around, they installed the RRUs with the antennas, but it was some time between the original installs and when they brought B26 online. When they did, some required a site visit to install a carrier card. I would think they would install all of that now, but you never know.
