They sure are working there way inward instead of outward. Not a bad sign since it means that less densely populated areas are not less of a priority.

probably also because there are less sites in those areas than for example in Mayagüez, Ponce, San Juan, Bayamón or Guaynabo so they can get done with them much faster and easier

Another possibility is that much of the tower work in San Juan is done and they can turn those on quicker. I base this mostly on their stated launch dates. At 4 towers a week doing San Juan last makes no sense.

I'm in Aguadilla and my signal and data speeds are still awful. I been waiting to see how thw upgraded towers turn out because my contract is up and I may switch carriers. Someone stated Aguadilla was up. Where can I confirm this?

We have not reported Aguadilla as completed yet. We have a NV sites complete map in our Sponsor section that gets updated weekly. That is the best place to track completed sites.

Does Sprint have towers in Old San Juan? Since yesterday I have notice a slight improvement in data. For the past few months it was bearly useable jumping from 3G (.15mb) to 1X or no voice/data at all.

Also last night I did a Speed Test in my apartment in Bayamon and got .80 mb on every test I did last night. The normal speeds where around .10 mb or .25mb so thats a slight improvement also.

The only site complete in aguadilla is on the carr 2 on the exit to Moca. The others are not complete yet.

Ok I'm in Ramey near airport. I have bad signal and want to see if NV improves this.

Two sites( not complete) near to airport. One in Camaseyes and other in the intersection carr 459 and carr 110.

where do you live

I live at "Sultana" but behind my house there is a gigantic mountain and it creates a kind of a blackhole for all cellphone carriers.... Hence I own the "airave" unit free of cost!!!

    • I really apreciate no longer seeing n38 for T-Mobile. My s24 Ultra is reporting that Signalcheck Pro is crashing frequently.  It has the latest updates. I do occassional change sims and band preferences. Let me know if you need anything else.   Thanks.
    • Spent a lot of time in Westchester this weekend, specifically Yonkers and White Plains. I mapped three AT&T Nokia -> Ericsson conversions. I was super impressed with T-Mobile's macro density and not so much with AT&T's. In Yonkers it seems like T-Mobile macros outnumber AT&T macros 3 to 1 and in White Plains, 2 to 1. Another surprise was the lack of small cells on AT&T in both cities. While Cellmapper shows White Plains having no small cells, I did manage to find one in the Church Street neighborhood. While it's only one, it's an indication to me that T-Mobile intends on expanding n41 density with small cells in the city. On the other hand, in Yonkers T-Mobile has a ton of LTE small cells but none of them have been upgraded to 5G yet as far as I can tell. Crown Castle has been moving super fast in NYC and Long Island to upgrade and install new 5G small cells so I can only assume it's either a permitting or backhaul issue that's stopping them from moving full steam ahead there. — — — — — Came across this cool site in Yonkers with Verizon, T-Mobile, and Dish present.
    • Other two sectors finally installed. Hopefully it goes live soon though I know from past experience that these new builds can take weeks and in some cases months to go live.
