I'm going to guess that he's not snooping around here, though I'd like to be wrong about that. Unless he has a Twitter account, the best bet would probably be to try to email him. claudio.hidalgo@sprint.com would likely be a good email address to try first.

I will certainly try that.....

Well  i will keep saying that important cities like arecibo, mayaguez and ponce should have lte plus not just the metropolitan area.  i i know its a budget thing but they need to reconsider...!

What average speed tests are you getting? What you want is a base minimum speed. What tech is used to accomplish that in a given area it kind of irrelevant.

This is exactly why I left sprint. Those speeds are unacceptable if you have a descent signal.

I'm with Sprint because I have multiple unlimited lines with PR and US phone numbers. T mobile won't allow this so I'm stuck. I know Sprint isn't the best but it works for my needs. I wish I could recommend them in PR but I can't until they upgrade throughout the island.

This is from my living room. Front of my house is lte and the rest is slow 3g. I can't complain.

I haven't left because of a couple of reasons... customer service being one of them.... and having hears of the recent to be upgrades im willing to hold up a little bit more..... but sometimes its really frustrating...

Just enhance whatever sites they have and/or do the freaking corresponding upgrades.....

Sticking with good Customer service is worth it even if the service they offer you is bad?

Hi to everyone

Band 41 in San Juan and Bayamón is extraordinary fast. I'm waiting for VoLTE, Sprint are getting better and better over time but also AT&T and Tmobile. Spirnt coverage is better than Tmobile, I have both, and Claro. Claro have better coverage but very slow data service. Overall Tmobile have better download speed, Sprint still to spotty for speed for obvious reasons of 2.5 spectrum. Customer service in both companys are great. For me, GSM is more practical than actual CDMA. Easy phone swipe, easy troubleshooting, if you buy a new unlock phone is more easy to use (like the Nexus), there are more models and offers available in the web with a wide range of prices, etc. Just my opinon based on my experiences.
