I'm new to this forum, and I've seen people mention cell sites with specific ID's (for example, SF33XC664). Is there any significance to these ID's, and is there a way to decode them? Also, how do I figure out what the cell site ID's are for towers near me?

Samsung Network Vision equipment are highly distinct and fairly easy to spot compared to the equipment that other vendors are deploying. Sprint is Samsung's first extremely massive American contract (baring Clearwire) so there should be no issues in confusing these equipment for another carrier which happens often with Ericsson NV equipment.

Sprint announced at MWC trade show in Barcelona that 5G will go live with 4 cities starting in May (Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas and Kansas City )
Option 1 is T-Mobile acquires Shentel. As I understand it, T-Mobile would have to pay a price equal to the value of the entire company, but I'm not clear if that would mean paying an inflated price for just the wireless part of Shentel or if it means they have to buy Shentel outright. In either case, it would seem to be aimed at making a buy-out unattractive, or at least, that's how I read it.
Option 2 is Shentel can acquire T-Mobile's customers and network in its region at a discount. If Shentel needs financing to fund it, I believe T-Mobile is obligated to provide it, or at least arrange for it, at a low rate.
Option 3 is neither side decides to spend any money. In that case, T-Mobile shuts down operations within the Shentel region within two years.
My preference is definitely for Option 2, though I'd accept Option 3 as well. My assumption is that Option 2 would lead to a more orderly merging of the networks than Option 3 would, and would imply some level of working together. It would also allow for Shentel to receive the income from T-Mobile's current customers in the region, however many of those there might be.
No agreement was reached with TMo. TMo is now n it’s stage to be able to acquire Shentel. I’m not saying this is happening, but we’ve reached that point where it’s possible. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Looks like CellMapper is still either extremely backlogged or having issues mapping NR coverage. I went through Nashville twice over a week ago and none of my AT&T NR mapping is showing up from that entire trip. It was from two different sessions, I went down to Linden TN on Friday afternoon and came back on Monday. Uploaded all points when I got there Friday. Looks like my T-Mobile mapping is showing, I don't think there was any NR showing in Nashville previously. I do have the paid subscription for Cellmapper, which is supposed to prioritize uploads over non-subscribers.
