SNL mocks Verizon's 4G LTE Campaign

In a YouTube video I saw this morning lighting up all over Twitter, Saturday Night Live has spoofed Verizon's 4G LTE commercials. It would be even funnier if they mocked their LTE network outages. Maybe that's next week?   To view the video, click on the image below. The original YouTube embed was taken down because NBC Universal complained to YouTube about Copyright infringement. Now the image below links you directly to the non-infrnging video on the NBC Universal site. You will have to

SHOCKER: Seeking Alpha article extols the virtues of buying Clearwire stock

by Robert Herron Sprint 4G Rollout Updates Wednesday, December 7, 2011 - 2:45 PM MST   In an article on the Seeking Alpha website today, the writer posts many reasons why investors should invest in Clearwire. Lots of good and valid points. But given the press', and most specifically the financial press', overt dislike of Clearwire, I was very surprised by the report. Take a read of the article by clicking on the link or the image at left. Feel free to add your thoughts below.

Sequans ties with Fujitsu for LTE chips

by Robert Herron Sprint 4G Rollout Updates October 21, 2011   This is an exciting article about new System-on-Chip (SoC) chipsets coming out for LTE that will run on all frequencies between 700MHz and 3.5GHz. If Sprint used something like this, it would allow for a lot of LTE flexibility in the future. Currently, Sprint has only announced LTE on 1900 only. However, Sprint can be running LTE on as many as 8 different frequencies in the next few years (700, 800, 900, 1500, 1600, 190

Seeking Alpha: How Sprint & Clearwire Can Use AT&T to Unlock Billions in Value

An article was posted on the Seeking Alpha website titled, "How Sprint & Clearwire Can Use AT&T to Unlock Billions in Value."
