  1. Just got my 6S Plus today, the last one in the store! Luckily the 8 people in front of me didn't want it! I am loving the phone so far! Touch ID is super fast compared to my 6 Plus, and my first speed test was just under 140 Mb down on LTE. I'm not sure if that's accurate, but could it be with carrier aggregation? Although, I feel like the carrier bundle is still a problem. I often drop down to 1X when I should at least be on 3G. The signal often switches to 3G eventually, but shouldn't that happen before the hard drop to 1X? This started the update after 19.1 for me.
  2. I second this. 19.1 wasn't great, but in my limited time on 20.1 it has been worse. I find myself not switching between bands when I should be, or just getting kicked down to 3G altogether. I have to toggle airplane mode constantly to switch to a new band or get back to LTE.
  3. I went to our local Sprint store tonight, in hopes of finding out if they would have any 6 Pluses tomorrow for those who didn't pre-order. The rep said that they had none in the first package, but they would be getting a second shipment tonight. She said my best chance of getting one would be doing an in store pre-order. She said she did a pre-order for two 6 Pluses on Tuesday, and they had already arrived for tomorrow. I ordered a 64 GB Plus in Space Grey, which seems to be pretty popular. She said mine should be 3-5 days, but we will see. Doesn't quite sound right to me!
  4. The funny thing is that this site only appears to have a 3G/800 acceptance!
  5. A great deal for new customers! It looks like it is a test plan though, as the only cities mentioned are Portland and San Diego on the Sprint link to the offer.
  6. Sprint has an offer here in Portland where you can get 4 lines with 20 GB of shared data for $160. The 3rd and 4th lines aren't free, but it looks somewhat similar to what you are talking about. It appears that you must be a new customer to qualify.

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

True! I was still hoping for some sort of improvement that isn't really going to come. The rest of the update is nice!

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

I successfully updated my software using a Windows 8 computer. It took a couple tries to get the RUU to load, and then gave me a USB error. I switched to a different USB port and it worked fine. I still don't feel that the connectivity issues are corrected, as airplane mode is still used at about the same frequency to get the EVO to flip over from 3G. Other than that, so far so good!

Can you run the RUU on a Mac? I haven't ever run a custom rom or anything, so I am concerned I might mess something up.

Sounds good! Thanks for letting me know!

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

Correct! It wasn't an EVO option because the EVO was on 4.1. Does this mean that any Droid with 4.2 or above supports native group messaging, and would work fine in group chats that include iPhones?

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

We have group messaging! I assumed I had missed a setting or something all this time, and was trying to get it working this weekend. HTC confirmed that it was not an EVO LTE option. This will be very nice!
  13. It doesn't look likely that we could add enough lines for the 7-10 line price at this point, so framily would cost more for us. I am just hoping that Sprint will process upgrades in the immediate future, in store or on their website.
  14. I was also told by customer service over the phone last night, that we could stay on ED1500 for as long as we were Sprint customers. I am taking this with a grain of salt, and will see what happens when I try to use my upgrade.
  15. Thanks for the information WiWavelength! How does the available carrier channel assignments at a local site affect the Airave channel assignments, as I thought it was all dependent on your internet connection?
