I am not so sure that I have faith in this announcement any longer... I live in Albany NY and sp/w a regional/district manager for Sprint and there is not going to be LTE in this market until sometime 2014. That will mean that anybody who has a LTE phone will pay a premium data upgrade of $240 per phone since 2012 until they can get premium data!!!! I have 4 phones on my account, 3 S3's and one Iphone 5. that means I will have to pay almost a $1000 in premium data charges before i even get access to LTE!! ALLS I CAN SAY IS HORRIFIC!!!! And as for this announcement about LTE "Coming Soon" what a joke!! it's just a ploy to dangle the carrot and keep sprint customers upgrading their phones. I am a sprint customer for 10 years +... it's almost worth it for the $20 overall extra per month for Verizon - LTE everywhere!!

Why wasn't this market just announced with yesterday's press release from sprint on the next expansions? Thank you!!

Is there a way on this website to see when specific towers or cities are being updated? it's been a month since the announcement of LTE but I have not seen any difference and I drive around much of the Upstate NY/Albany Area. I have a S3 and my LTE antenna but not even a hint of a tower being updated?
