  1. Got my order in early - my confirmation e-mail came in at 1:01am EST Sure would be nice to know a timeframe on when they'll start shipping though.
  2. Anyone know what time we might expect to see the Nexus 6 on Sprint.com tonight/tomorrow? I haven't ordered a phone online in a while.
  3. I thought both phones had rural roaming but the Note Edge has carrier aggregation? I may be remembering wrong though.
  4. Well, not Google, I wish Sprint would let us know the launch details. I found where they gave the info last year for the Nexus 5 and it was only 8 days before launch, so hopefully it'll be soon.
  5. I wish they'd just go ahead and make an official announcement.
  6. If I remember correctly, they did the same thing with the Nexus 5.
  7. Sounds like Sprint will start selling it on the 14th. 32GB Midnight Blue only, $299 on contract (or $29/month), $699 retail. I was hoping they'd at least have the 64GB available online but the employee posting doesn't see any other SKUs in the system. (Source: https://www.reddit.com/r/Sprint/comments/2le9df/any_word_on_the_nexus_6_release_date/)
  8. No, someone at T-Mobile has said they're not doing pre-orders at all and none of the other carriers have said anything yet.
  9. Yeah, I'm thinking it'll probably be afternoon. I wish we knew when Sprint is going to start selling it.
  10. Yeah, if that's the only reason you're rooting, I wouldn't bother. It's not hard but you may trigger the KNOX "Warranty Bit". There have been stories of people being refused service/replacement because of that bit being triggered and stories of people having no issues. Personally I went ahead and did it and tripped it but that's because I can't stand not tinkering with my phone.
  11. If you're rooted, you can delete the file /data/data/com.android.settings/shared_prefs/development.xml, otherwise I don't think you can without a factory reset - which seems like a bit much just for that.
  12. They're definitely upgrading the towers in the upstate right now, just no LTE on any of them yet so it may still be a while
  13. Right, everywhere Sprint has service will get LTE, but there's no timeframe in that article other then "in the coming months". If you're a S4GRU Sponsor, you can see on the maps that none of the towers in the SC market have been accepted for 4G yet so it seems unlikely they'd be ready to launch in 3 days. I'm definitely looking forward to it (I was in Atlanta this past weekend and it was so nice to have LTE) but it's probably going to be a bit longer before it happens.
  14. Since none of the sites in the area have been accepted for 4G yet, I don't expect we'll see anything on the 7th either. Sprint reps typically have less information than what you can find on here.
