    2 things: 1. WHEN is the "Second phase" anyway? 2. We DO have 4G access in Louisville. If you go stand on the steps of the Arts center (across the St. from Humana) and hold your phone... Just so... you get a pretty good 4G connection. They (Sprint) placed a grand total of 1 tower up... last one that went up before sprint pulled the plug.... We were SOOOOOOO close
