  1. Link is at the bottom of their map coverage page: https://maps.t-mobile.com/pcc/images/partnercoverage-map.png
  2. 2 million is partner coverage based on their slides posted. http://investor.t-mobile.com/QuarterlyResults - Page 5
  3. Our mall sees so much traffic from tourist you would think it's a given.
  4. South Florida has come a long way. My main concern at this point even though I no longer live in the area is why the two towers close to the Sawgrass Mills Mall have yet to be touched or upgraded.
  5. Nice this should definitely alleviate a bit of the congestion on Band 25.
  6. I wonder why the speeds are so slow.. But it should be much needed relief instead of dropping to 3g Sent from my SM-N910T using Tapatalk
  7. Nice. Did grab a Speedtest? Sent from my SM-N910T using Tapatalk
  8. Yeah, they need to. T-Mobile already has some active Band 12 700 MHz sites here in Fort Lauderdale. I was able to connect to two yesterday. Sprint tower near my home hasn't still not being updated with Network Vision only hosting Clear's Band 41 which is not strong enough to get to my home and the 3G signal has been horrible ever since mid 2013. Hoping the 800 MHz Band 26 deployment will allow me to pick up LTE from another site.
  9. Any band 26 detection yet? Should be by end of next month if anything.
  10. That wasn't the case when I was in Vegas in early September and drove South on I-15 into California it was either Edge or GPRS. Majority of the drive I had absolutely no coverage.
  11. Yeah, it would be nice if they identified those markets. I am sure Robert will likely have some information sooner or later.
  12. Wholesale = MVNO providers I would assume.
  13. Well in T-Mobile's case they've announced they'll use eSRVCC technology which will allow the calls to drop to either 3g/2g in case you move outside of LTE coverage. It's just the next advancement in Technology not sure how it's a e-peen rat race. Sprint will eventually deploy VoLTE as well.
  14. T-Mobile is much better than Sprint in South Florida at this moment. I have both service and you wont be disappointed with T-Mobile's data speeds and LTE coverage. But try it out for yourself. Sprint will likely have the upper hand once it gets 800 voice and LTE deployed.
  15. I use Chrome and love the fact that it now shows you one which tab audio is being played from. I found it to be such a pain point to have to track down a tab playing some silly AD distracting me from what I was reading. I also am a fan of the automatic updates an inclusion of Flash Player (even though it tends not to be fully stable at times with multiple tabs). Just one less crap I have to download when I setup a new PC.
  16. I used to work at Best Buy some number of years ago and last I recall they had no diagnostic tool in their toolkit to troubleshoot/validate an issue as to what you're describing. Like MrZorbatron I wouldn't recommended Best Buy. They are likely only going to scan your machine for malware and or recommend an OS restore which you sound fully capable of completing yourself. As MrZorbatron pointed out try new device drivers or keep on a lookout for new ones posted by Intel or the drive mfg of the wireless card. Also check to see if there are any new BIOS updates for your model machine from ASUS. Changing the Wireless card was a good start and if you're still likely seeing the issue it may as you insist be a software issue and you'd probably be better off contacting Microsoft Support if you truly believe it's an OS issue. But I'd recommend you clone your hard drive first and do a factory restore and see if the issue exists without any additional software installed before contacting them. Also just because the drivers for your Laptop aren't listed on Asus's website doesn't mean you aren't going to be unable to downgrade the OS. I have done it countless times and sometimes it requires you go directly to the mfg. site to get a newer or older drivers that will work. Microsoft usually does a great job discovering and using their stocks drivers for most hardware devices out there. For your issue I would download a tool like Ping Plotter and then capture a working trace on LAN and one on Wireless with both Wireless cards and submit it to Microsoft as a starting point once you've ruled out everything else which is sounds you've already done.
  17. There are two cell sites that have yet to be upgraded in that area. Both sites are unusable whenever in the area and there is a lot of traffic at the mall or a major event. Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk
  18. I've never seen my Galaxy Note 3 use HD Voice even though I can place a call to my brother who also has a GN3.
  19. Again I disagree on your assessment of the network side of things. It's quite obvious T-Mobile went back to offering unlimited plans solely to compete with Sprint for new subscribers. It'll be gone once they see that it's no longer feasible. Please also keep in mind that T-Mobile does throttle all of their other lower priced plans. We all know unlimited doesn't mean unlimited and it isn't here to stay because the carrier wants it but rather just as a means of competing to capture more subscribers. Verizon and AT&T got away from it cause they knew they could do away with unlimited without affecting the bottom line.
