You mean one of these?? No, I havent but I probably should. I have wifi and decent voice coverage so I have never looked into it.

I disabled B26, B26, and B41 and picked up B4. 30 down, 13 up so the speeds are definitely good. Im in an area that is somewhere between b26 or 3g depending on which side of the house you stand on. Sprint LTE speeds are about 15 down 7 up, tops here when you get a good connection upstairs.

so far what I am seeing is "buy it"

Meh. This far along I wish they would just give us 5.0. Anything is better than nothing tho. I was super excited for the update until i realized that it was a minimal update for us GS5 guys. I am just used to Sprints abysmal update record when it comes to Samsung. Its the reason I got into romming my OG epic. I just with basebands were easier to modify beside picking from the "best of the bunch"

I can't tell you how many times I wish I could see signal info on my gear 2. It's one of those things you don't need until you decide you want it haha

I did a little pestering today. I found this new thing called twitter and it lets me bother companies about stuff Anyway I was asking samsung support about a different problem when they asked if there was anything else they could help me with so since they asked, I figured I would bring up the PLMN and PCI issues with the samsung radio. They said they would 'definately forward' that information, especially after I mentioned that other manufacturers let apps have access to it. I know it probably wont go anywhere but it cant hurt to bring it up with them.

I have shut off b41 on my phone for this reason alone. I was on 3g almost all the time but with it off i can at least keep a constant b25/26 connection. Ill turn it back on when they get this handoff issue fixed. I wonder what could be causing it because it seems to be everywhere. handoffs between b41 sites and sectors is seamless tho. I wonder what they need to fix because they launch these spark markets but you cant actually connect. In Utah I cant connect unless I put it in LTE only mode but then I dont get calls/text obviously. This allows great handoffs to B25/26 as well but only in this mode.

I noticed on your "known issues" page that the GS5 should show PCI but I am unable to see it in the app. Am I missing a setting or is this an issue? Diags sent

I have had the battery drain issue once or twice and never had the time to investigate it when it happens. I usually just kill the app and then turn it back on again and it's fixed. It's very rare tho
