  1. Thanks lilotimz. I have Signalcheck Pro - good to know it's Samsung issues and I will check out the forum.
  2. Hello All, I got a Galaxy Note 4 before Thanksgiving. My ability to get LTE has improved over my HTC One (M7), but I'm not sure that I am getting a Spark signal yet. Today I was in the car (with someone else driving!) from Woodland to downtown Sacto and I never left "310120". If I understand correctly, this code is for the non-Spark bands (bands 25 & 26, Spark being band 41). Should I have had a Spark signal during the drive? Additionally, is there an app that tells me which band I am on? Some folks have posted screenshots that appear to be of apps that have this functionality - I haven't seen it in Sensorly or Ookla. What are the apps called that can show the band number? Thanks for all of you help. I am going to donate now to become a sponsor again (I lapsed). JK
  3. Dumb question: should voice call clarity have improved with this update as well? Or is it because I just updated my PRL & profile? I just had a conversation with my wife and it sounded like she was standing next to me. Thanks, DJK
  4. lilotimz, It would be cool to have a marked up version of this picture to describe what each of the categories mean and what the values mean. You could put a link to the picture with the other links in your signature. This would help people like myself and sharward who are technically-inclined and members of this site, but don't know all the nomenclature. Anyway, just a thought. Maybe some generous soul will take this on. By the way, I'm downtown, in the middle of a building 12 floors up, metal walls all around me, no windows immediately around me, and getting a Samsung signal (NID: 230) at -82 dBm. -John Kimble
  5. I am downtown near the Capitol and I had 4G for about five minutes. I did a speed test using OpenSignal and had download speeds of 125 and 312 kbps. My upload speeds were 1294 and 18062(!!!)kbps. This was at 4:02pm.
