  1. I saw the announcement yesterday about LTE Plus which is supposed to include Cincinnati. I have a g2 for now, so it doesnt do me any good. Wondering if anyone has noticed anything? Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  2. So the oldest kid is getting a Freedompop Samsung GS3 for christmas that runs on LTE. Playing with it tonight, it pulls in a stronger signal than my G2. In the house, speedtest shows the G2 at about 1.5mbps, while the GS3 which I believe can only do Band 25 doubles that. I have an airrave and wifi, so signal strength doesn't matter much. Purely out of curiosity, what's the difference between the hardware to cause the older one to perform so much better?
  3. Band 41 all day downtown again. This has to be the one top of the Westin. Very limited range, doesn't work the other side of my building or upper floors

  5. I paid but missed the deadline of last night. Still good?
  6. I'm sure it will come as a shock to no one, but the downtown awesomeness lasted exactly 24hrs. Back to useless 3g, and focally broke down and bought another freedom pop device to replace my lost one for now
  7. I was literally surfing the freedom pop site to decide what to do about having lost my hotspot at the airport when I noticed my phone finally found lte in my office. Hope I get to keep this! This is in the middle of downtown halfway up a building.
  8. I will say it works in most places now. As soon as I see it my office I can dump freedompop. I'm still confused about spark, though, as I thought that would be further down the road after lte is widespread. I have a g2, will it behave differently when it is on spark vs lte? Or am I already seeing spark? Speedtests are usually around 10-15mbps, but every now and then I will see 30+ usually when I'm parked on75 in rush hour.
  9. I sincerely hope it's not launched. I am on the 14th floor of a building in the heart of downtown and the only change I can report is one bar of 3g in the john where before it would roam on Verizon.
  10. LTE is babystepping its way toward me in my office downtown. I now get it all the way from my car to the building, but then it's back to my freedompop hotspot. It seems like they have the i-75 corridor just about covered, but often I am having to toggle airplane mode on my LG G2 to get it. Otherwise it will just sit on useless 3g. Anybody else seeing this? Any fixes? I am stock unrooted, can't get work email without.
  11. Hopefully good news for us long suffering downtowners. This is the roof of 4th and plum

  13. It would be even cooler if call didn't drop in the first place. Yesterday was so bad with three important dropped calls, my wife telling me that her phone didn't ring at all when I called, and even my sprint Wimax freedom pop hotspot not working that I called in. I was told that my tower in the liberty/west chester area would go live at 7pm tonight. Still hesitant to believe anything, but I'll be paying attention. Still August for downtown Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  14. Everything was absolute crap today in madisonville. 4 dropped calls and molasses slow data Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
