That's the thing about Sprint. They have so much they have not deployed that we have not even come close to seeing what they can really do yet. VoLTE, 4x4 MIMO, 256/64 QAM, 2XCA upload, 4xCA, 5xCA getting nearly every tower with b41 and now b25/41 CA and b26/41 CA plus b25/26 CA. Massive Mimo and 5G NR. They are not far behind the other carriers and none of this above is even active. What's going to happen when it is?

Well, the Galaxy 9 will be the first phone that will take advantage of all that except the whole 5G NR. John Saw needs to move and execute fast. I think Tmobile really wanted that Sprint merger because of that whopping 160mhz of 2.5ghz spectrum for 5G.

Minus the upload speeds, do these numbers really show a difference in real world usage? I don’t think so. It is good to see Sprint have a average above 20mbps now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I really think masa was holding back on the capital needed to do those upgrades. Marcelo, after the failed merger, repeatedly says something to the effect that sprint is finally able to use full network strength when he's interviewed. Something must have changed masa's mind during those t mobile negotiations. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk

Not terribly detailed, but at least a peek into how Sprint's RF team tune and test the network... http://newsroom.sprint.com/article_display.cfm?content_id=126642&linkId=47922109 Would love to see more of these with more detail in the future...

Gonna start mapping again, my area hasn't really been updated on Sensorly much since I stopped lol. Lots of feint purple and not dark like it should be, things have changed a lot haha.

Nope, at those speeds it's all about pings and Sprint is pretty much number one in that regard at least for me.

I wonder if Nationwide 4x4 mimo 256qam will help? Sprint needs that more than anyone. Same for 64qam on up Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

they dont have wifi calling or a legit unlimited plan....so its kinda annoying....

The new Sensorly is infinitely better than previous version. While mapping the walk to Starbucks and then to my campus, a 36 minute trip, Sensorly used 1% of my battery. It also shows you the points that you're mapping while you're travelling.

The results Sprint is getting out of Shentel is excellent. It would never make sense to tear up this agreement. Actually Sprint and Shentel are expanding the territory Shentel is responsible for.

Yeh, SURPRISE. But not really for the residents that live in Shentel controlled areas. Shentel does get things done and done correctly. The affiliate arrangement of years ago was mostly a failure. Shentel was very very different. The other affiliates cut corners and never done the job correctly. Shentel was just the opposite. They stepped up, did the job and are the only survivor out of all the affiliates. Not only did they survive, they built an exceptional network. The Sprint Network would never be as good here if Sprint was controlling it themselves. Sure, somebody, somewhere in Shentel territory is going to complain. There will be a spot somewhere that is not covered perfectly.

This is pretty impressive during rush hour time. Do you live in a large metropolitan area?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I think this is the fastest speed I’ve clocked to date: https://imgur.com/a/RkRqp 241 mbps down—wow!

I just got my Magic Box (ordered it 2 days ago) and I have band 41 in my apt now! I used to pull 5-8 down on band 25 but now I’m averaging 42 down on band 41 i live in an apartment so my neighbors with Sprint will benefit too!
