  1. I have 2 handsets. My primary handset is a iPhone 11 Pro Max on Sprint and I have had VoLTE and works well. My secondary handset is a Google Pixel 3XL on Google Fi using Sprint’s towers mostly and still on CDMA voice. Does anyone think that Sprint will allow MVNO ‘a like Fi to access VoLTE? 2. Woo Hoo. Yes I did this time. It was a long setup. I did the wired migration for the data transfer. Sprint servers we’re maxed out but was able to do a online swap and I needed to do a dialer code to finish. Went with The new AppleCare monthly as it covers this iPhone forever. I plan to keep this one for a while. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  3. My iPhone is scheduled to arrive between 2 to 4pm tomorrow. (wondering who should I pray to to keep the UPS "mice" from stealing my iPhone and putting it on ebay to be sold to a sucker, as it happened last year.)hmmm
  4. I guess that we can now call them Apple modems as Apple bought the division after Intel exited the business.
  5. Be aware. Unlike the Pixel 3 and 3 XL the carrier's are getting different versions that have different LTE Band's and some have e-SIM's and some don't.
  6. Very interesting! I was wondering why I have never seen T-Mobile roaming. I am in the Chicagoland area. Is Chicagoland a area where I should see/be allowed to native roam on T mobile? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  7. I know I should not be happy as Sprint is dead last with VoLTE but I am. It is working wonderfully for me I still have not connected to any T-Mobile towers yet. Signal is still low on the strength icons. Is there a way to switch to a numerical value instead of the strength icons. I know it was possible on the Qualcomm modems?
  8. I'm going on a hunch that the magic ios 12.1.1 for roaming
  9. My belief is that Sprint will give T-mobile native roaming priority to the people running or capable of running VoLTE as to back fill the holes we all know that Sprint has in its OEM towers as VoLTE is sensitive to LTE gaps.
  10. This is purely a guess but now that we know that the VoLTE trigger for the launch devices in the launch markets is in 12.1.1. (Currently Developer Beta 1) with a Carrier Bundle of 34.5.5 they might be using the T-mobile native roaming as a full in for VoLTE and it will be in that same bundle firmware update. I can’t test this as I let my developer account lapse. I am hoping that the 12.1.1 is opened to beta testers today!
  11. and of coarse I let my Developer Account lapse......My guess is the Carrier Bundle is the important issue this is the VoLTE bundle I hope 34.5.5.
