I didn't have any problem activating it on Sprint. I did,unfortunately,00 have a problem fitting it in my pocket. I really miss that phone.

I have only made a half dozen calls, but each one of them had at least one instance of a Max Headroom stutter.

I am in a similar situation, I don't like any of the current phones enough to waste an upgrade. The fine print for the easy pay program says that they will allow you to use this special pricing every 12 months for an additional $10/mo so it sounds like it is still subsidized by participation in a contract. I wonder if that includes the gold Best Buy(Sprint) exclusive model too?
