The tower that I'm connected to is one of the last to be upgraded. I have Signal Check Pro with the 800 alert on, and my phone started vibrating like crazy. That's how I figured out that I was connected to 800. Also, I'd like to apologize for any confusion. I'm new to this site.

I don't have LTE in this area yet. 800 appeared out of nowhere. I usually have a good 1900 1X signal, but service is not usable most of the time due to the network being congested. (Error code 34, etc.) There is LTE in other areas, but it's still rather spotty.

It connects for a few seconds.

My phone (Samsung Galaxy Victory) finally picked up on 1X 800 and it's very unstable. LTE is also unstable as well. Is this a sign of an upgrade?
