Dkoellerwx
2 permits for small cells have surfaced in the last week in Springfield, and we have found small cells in Central Missouri and in St. Louis! Keep your eye peeled and report anything you find!
Tengen31
Is it true Sprint owns a Band 12 license in St Louis?
Dkoellerwx
B41 is now live in Bolivar! The B41 footprint expansion is happening! Keep your eyes peeled, even in places you may not expect. Also on Highway 13, B41 is live in Collins, Lowry City, and Clinton. Those are the KS market, but more evidence of B41 expansion. Granted it was 1am-ish. But yeah, probably not going to see a whole lot of traffic on those, other than the highway.
DaQue
Anything going on around St Charles? It’s been bad lately. I’m hoping TMobile merger will fix this.
Dkoellerwx
First MIMO permit application in Springfield. Based on this I would assume MIMO work is also ongoing in Kansas City and in St. Louis! Cardsfan96
Has sprint made band 25 10x10 in more rural areas? I took a Speedtest between bowling green and eolia on hwy 61 and got 60 down 11 up on band 25.

I'm not sure why, they have the spectrum and LTE coverage is up enough that they should be able to trim 1x and EVDO if they haven't already. Cardsfan96
Seeing all the tweets from John Saw about all the Massive MIMO upgrades in all these cities, it has me curious if any of that is going on in this market? Is sprint aggressively doing upgrades in our market?

Before I left in October Springfield had at least one site permitted for M-MIMO.
stlman314
There a lot of permits I'm seeing on the St. Louis County website. Keep your eyes open for M-MIMOs. Be nice to hopefully be in the second round of 5G.
