Nonprofits using WiMAX sue Sprint, alleging violation of contracts ahead of network shutdown

Looks like nonprofits are finally going up an arms about the impending Wimax shutdown and attempting to sue.  I say good riddance to Wimax and I can't wait for that network to be shutdown forever.  It takes up precious spectrum that is better used for deploying a 2nd B41 LTE carrier.
