I haven't seen the JB update on mine yet - at least I don't think.

I'm on 4.0.3 after running updates - isn't that ICS?

Yeah, it is. You've gone through the Seetings > System Update route already? JB started getting pushed to phones about 2 weeks ago, and has been available since December.

Yes, I initiated an update last night after unpacking it and activating it and it ran an update. Could it be that updated ICS and then it will let me update to JB? That's odd...

Thats is how I understand it. The updates have to be done in order and not skipped. It would be interesting to know what the date of manufacture was.

i just have only couples of "bugs"

- proximity sensor on calls

- power save is turn off, and kill the data connection ( LTE, 3G or wifi)

- force close on apps that use google maps (sensorly)

- no 4x1 people widgets (contacts) [no bug, just sprint or htc revome it]

- htc hub not found connection (i use OMJ rom, is a stock rom w/ goodies) [ i think sprint or htc remove it]

- too slow, even i kill tasks (only fix is a hard reset) [the ram is alway on 850MB minimum]

- if i enable the eHRPD and restart the phone, goes off again

i see better things:

- less 1x moments (before my phone go back to 1x even if have 3g coverage)

- better syncing

- better social implementation

- less time on connecting the calls

- a little bit better battery life

in PR we're experiencing a lot of problems (i know, NV upgrade)

You're right I ran through 2 more ICS updates and then came the JB update.

Ok, so I'm used to having the Wimax 4G and toggling the scan on and off. So what am I looking for? If I'm in a known LTE spot and toggle the airplane mode will I just see an LTE icon pop up if it connects?

The 3G icon at the top will change to 4G. That's about it.
