Anyone herd of these guys? They offer free data and on their about page it says:
FreedomPop's high speed wireless internet service runs on Clearwire's 4G WiMax network. The service will expand to include Sprint's 4G LTE network in 2013.

Yup. They're already selling a WiMax/LTE case for iPod touch. They give you 500MB free every month.

Their page says it will. Only 500Mg a month free but free is free and could come in handy. I was looking to see if I could use it on my old Wimax EVO but only saw options for using with a hotspot the needed a refundable deposit.

When LTE devices are definitely available for this, I plan to buy 3 or 4, to sate my tethering needs.
