I believe we do as well, that's why I hopeful it's real. i think with that set up sprint can still have 3 voice carriers and 1 data carrier in the PCS spectrum. And then there is also the 1x800 voice carrier.

Any idea how to access engineering screen on a moto E4 Plus. This phone has excellent RF reception by the way.

that worked, but doesn't display bandwidth. pretty much shows everything that SCP shows. I only saw it on one site which im not near at the moment but it did hold for a while and even cycling airplane mode the phone connect to it again and SCP displayed 10x10 again. I am going to drive to the site again and do some more testing soon

I posted a pic in your long island map thread the other day when I first seen it. Every cell site I hit today has the new 10x10 channel showing up in scp

Don't know how I didn't see this. Glad to see I'm not the only one. Hopefully this is coming to NYC as well. This will help with VoLTE as well.

Yes and it's real.

30 MHz PCS B market.

GCI ending is known in addition the center frequency is on 1955 of the 1950-1965 range which indicates a 10x10 carrier from 1950-1960 with 5 mhz left for CDMA on 1960-1965.

2018 is really shaping up to be Sprints year, They're off to a great start. Can't wait for the fiscal 2018 year to start so they have more money to spend on the network.

I hope it is. The E4 + I'm using doesn't seem to do any B25 CA while my essential did with two 5x5 carriers. When I first connected to the 10x10 carrier yesterday I ran a speed test and the results were 5mbps on the download.

Yes it is. It should be available too on any devices that have B25 CA enabled.

I found a site that utilized 3 Carrier band 41, located above 70-74 Bowery Street Building, GCI: 02F88201, 02F88204, 02F8820A.

EARFCN: 41078, 41474, 41278.  Provider on Signal Check Pro is Clearwire B41.

Hmm those GCI endings (and earfcn order) match Samsung markets' triband antenna sites. Second carrier has GCI endings of 09, 0A, 0B, and third carrier is 03, 04, 05. I wonder if they somehow found a way to make the Samsung Clear equipment do 3 carriers...

Since even with 2 carriers, I get 100+ mbps download speed while eating in the restaurant few month ago.

Are you able to take pictures of the site? I'm interested in what they have going in there. The old Samsung dual mode wimax - lte equipment is not hardware capable of more than 40 MHz IBW afaict.

it difficult since today is the lunar new year parade at that location and also I can't find the radio for the band 41 equipment only I can see  the alcatel sprint band 25 and 26 radio and antenna, and just the antenna for the band 41.

Could it be that clearwire to triband conversions are finally happening in NYC?!

Hopefully. It's odd that they're still using the Clear PLMN and GCI base though if that's the case. I wonder if they just swapped out part of the equipment rather than a full replacement. I guess we'll have to wait for pictures to find out.
