  2. I have no idea which processor I have in my Galaxy s4. I just purchased it through sprint on Friday. I read on wikipedia that there are a few processors, including an octa-core processor, and an GT-I9500 that DOESNT support LTE How do I know which processor I have in mine? Hardware Version: L720.08 Model Number SPH-L720 Let me know if you need any more information from my 'about device' options.
  3. According to Business Insider, Samsung will start selling a S4 LTE-Advanced starting this month. "J.K. Shin, also co-chief executive of the world's biggest technology firm by revenue, said the phone would be sold in South Korea as early as this month." http://www.businessinsider.com/samsung-launching-faster-galaxy-s4-phone-2013-6#ixzz2WTa1dzSe
  4. I have a question for you all, recently the flagship phones that have been coming out have all been pretty much on par with each other, with the key differentiators really being design, brand, and usability, among other things. I remember about a year ago or so, I used to look at Benchmark scores, and it really did influence what type of phone I was more prone to get. But with the recent phones, notably the ONE and S4 with Sprint, there really isn't a big difference in scores and performance (The S4 gets higher scores), but that doesn't really seem to translate into better performance in real world tests (subjectively). My question is this: Do you look up certain objective facts, such as the benchmark scores, or are you more influence by the your own subjective observations, such as feel of the phone or brand? -Luis (The reason I'm asking is because articles keep pushing scores, and performance, one saying that the S4 isn't better than the iPhone 5, and that they fail to understand why someone would line up to buy the S4)
  5. At the Samsung Galaxy S4 unveiling, JK Shin said that TD-LTE would be supported on the S4, which to me seemed to indicate that it would include the 2.5Ghz spectrum (band class 41?). If so, this would be the first sprint phone that would be able to handle TD-LTE. Does anyone have any more information about this? It sounded like Robert was told previously not to expect handsets with support for TD-LTE until the second half, but if it is indeed the case that this will include TD-LTE support, it would make the S4 the device to get over the HTC One for future proofing purposes. Just curious if anyone has any more info.
