1X800 provides better coverage, higher capacity and enhanced voice services in comparison with 1900, anyone please correct me if wrong. From what MacinJosh stated, we might not be get B26 if sites are GMO, I believe the reason we lack LTE B25 is due to back haul and/or fiber to the tower, but you are correct, my friends on ATT do have LTE
-
Perhaps is this good news for the San Bernardino County and border areas? Hopefully we are getting closer to LTE26 implementation.

It definitely helped. I was able to stream Pandora with a few hiccups on my way over here. A month ago when I came for EDC it wasn't great. But yeah can't wait for LTE 26

Seems like the Moto G Plus will come unlocked for every major carrier with support of all Sprint Bands. The Mobile data: unregistered is a common problem with the Moto X Pure when I traveled abroad. Seems like it takes a while for data to register on the roaming Network.

Saw the COW as well but don't believe any were Sprint, seems like this year plenty of COW were on site, I remember last year, they only brought one and it was located at the same spot. I would fall back to 3G next entrance gate S. How do you know about T-mobile service? What service you have ? T-mobile or Sprint?
-
Text with no issues, data was sluggish, but was able to get push notifications from the Insomniac app at the speedway. Was on B41 mostly, data was congested. I have a Moto X Pure so carrier aggregation does not work on my device so perhaps people had better service with other devices.

I was like when I saw the screen shot then I saw your last message

Last year, was able to upload some vids, check facebook, make calls and texts with no problem. LTE data would go on and off intermittently if too many people in one spot but it would re-scan and come back. There's a sprint tower close to the venue so that probably helps. I had a Moto X 1 Gen last year on LTE B25. Have a Moto X pure now so band 41 should help a lot. My friend on ATT was struggling with no service at all, my other friend on T-mobile was fine. I took some walkies last year but didn't use them, make sure you time-stamp your text messages in case there is congestion. See you under the electric sky

Will be in Vegas starting Thursday for EDC, expecting great service in the strip and Motor Speedway. Last year service was pretty good while at the event. Probably will see even better service than a year ago. I have a Moto X Pure so lets see how my phone reacts with the crowd.

I had issues with my Moto X Pure when traveling to Mexico, so here's what I learned so far. Before crossing the border make these changes: Go to settings > More > Cellular Networks Data Roaming should be ON Go to Preferred Network Type > Select Global Turn phone off for 5 minutes, then turn it on while in Canada or wherever you are roaming, the phone should start searching for signal and the roaming carrier. Cellular will register to make calls but data will take a few minutes to hours to register, I have tried turning the phone off and on a few times and it will work. Hope it helps.

Pretty happy to see that B41 now reaches inside my office, this morning was on 3G around 6 am, just got back to my desk and boom LTE on my Moto X Pure, I can browse facebook, stream youtube and instagram. Previously I was able to do this but I had to wait a 15-20 secs to buffer/load and see instagram posts while on 3G. Now is blazing fast. I'm in Costa Mesa, off Harbor and 405. Must say that there is a Wimax tower behing my office building probably 1200 feet away, my phone would connect after exiting the building and/or at the parking lot. Is it a possibility that Wimax has been turned off on the tower and now its fully broadcasting LTE?

2 year subsidy phone upgrades early warning info

I also upgrade my family phones at Best Buy on 2 year contracts as they offer better deals than any other place. From experience, two years ago upgraded my bro's line from a iPhone 4s to an iPhone 5S for $125 bucks plus a $50 dollar Best Buy gift card, Last year in Oct, added a new line, they offered me iPhone 6 under iPhone forever for $12 bucks a month plus a $100 dollar BB gift card that used to pay for phone insurance. In Nov, my bro was eligible for renewal with his iPhone 5S which was already already failing due to battery issues and upgraded to iPhone 6s with the iPhone forever for $5 a month and got a $15 BB Gift Card for the trade in. At that same time his gf upgraded to the 6S for $5 month. It was crazy... Once again during Cyber Monday, added another line, an iPhone 6S for $99 with 2 year contract, plus a $200 dollar BB gift card that I used to pay the cost of the phone and have some change on the Gift Card for later use. Now I'm waiting to upgrade my mom which is eligible in April, definitely will upgrade again at Best Buy and get her an iPhone on 2 year contract, she doesnt need a new phone every year. lol And lastly that leaves me, the only one in the family with Android, have a Moto X Pure and been eligible to upgrade since Nov 2014. My last 2 Moto X 1st Gens were bought from Swappa and re-sold on swappa. -
Check out this app. It provides lots of good info when connected to Sprints different LTE bands. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.blueline.signalchecklite&hl=en

Trip report after being at Countdown NYE at NOS center in San Bernardino last night, event was packed with 3 tents full of people, luckily location has a Network Vision tower on site and service was excellent, was able to send texts immediately and browse insomniac's website, check out the map and line up with speeds around 1mb. Was connected to Band 41 second carrier all night. Also noticed minimal battery drain on my Moto X Pure due to low signal. Gotta say, I love being connected and see Sprint service improving, looking back a few years, my phone would die due to signal or simply be in airplane mode due to bad connectivity.

Second Carrier LTE 25 in Corona last night. Sprint service at my home is alright but not excellent, noticed that connectivity is improving specially on the 2nd floor of the house, staying in LTE 25 and alternating with LTE 41. Sprint must be fine tuning the towers.
