  1. CDMA version of the Moto G 2015 is shown in the specs on the website now. http://www.motorola.com/us/products/moto-g#Specifications ...Sprint Prepaid, US Cellular, and Virgin Why can't we get these damn phones on post-paid!!! Its freaking ridiculous!!
  2. Yes, but I am already paying $45 of that $120 now since 3 of my lines were existing and didn't qualify for the promotion, so it will only be $75 (plus some more fees probably) more when the promo ends.
  3. I have 8 lines (me, wife, 3 family, 3 friends) on a 60gb family share plan. We are currently paying $185 ($23.13 /line) including all taxes and a 19% discount. This will be the price until 1/2016... after that, i estimate it will be around $265 ($33.16 /line)... which is still pretty awesome IMO
  4. Well, I found a solution to my activation problem... I sold my phone on swappa.com for a profit!
  5. Roger That. Thank you for the advice. Some additional information... Sprint customer care stated that they had internal documents stating that devices purchased through Google Play and Sprint (obviously) would be eligible for activation, and explicitly stated that devices purchased through Motorola would not... though this might have been their way of getting me off the phone
  6. I am not going to argue with you. Any useful help would be appreciated.
  7. I didn't say I expected otherwise. I am just providing information for those that are interested.
  8. Hey, just a heads up. I just received my Nexus 6 directly from Motorola and the IMEI is not in their system... I am going to see what I can get done. Any advice would be appreciated.
  9. The one in my area had 3 phones in stock that were reservable (but not actually for sale until 11/19) and 1 for demo. Luckily I was able to play with the demo unit before it got attached to their big ass phone lock security device. I already have a white 32gb coming from motorola... otherwise I would have probably reserved one... even with the risk of it not being white listed.
  10. If anyone is curious to just get their hands on one, it looks like a lot of T-Mobile stores already have a limited number in stock. I was able to play around with one last night. In short... It is glorious.
  11. This is all assuming you need a flagship $600 phone. With very capable phones like the Aquos Crystal and Desire 510 coming to Sprint, the non subsidized plan model starts to make more sense. ED1500 w/ 4 lines = $210 /month 4 Desire 510 = $0 on contract 24 Month cost = $5040 20gb family share pack w/ 4 lines = $160 /month 4 Desire 510 = $860 w/ tax 24 Month cost = $4700 It isn't a ton of money you are saving, and you do lose unlimited data, but for some people it will be the best option. Also, if you can keep your phone for longer than 24 months, then the savings really start to show up.
  12. Good grief I hope this is a Nexus device. I miss having a pure Google phone.
  13. The Screen on the Galaxy Mega 6.3 is listed as TFT, and it has gotten generally favorable reviews.... though any 7" display with that resolution is going to look pretty inadequate.
  14. Excuse me for not being more precise... I meant to say near future. What are the chances of a revised version of the Moto X (not Moto X2) coming out with triband support. (this is obviously pure speculation intended to jump start discussion)
  15. Aaaaaaand back to the original topic... So... Who here is actually getting the Moto X? I want to so bad, but I just can't see myself getting another phone that doesn't have tri-band support. What do you think the chances are of a tri-band version in the future?
