We have seen AT&T implementing MFBI and broadcasting in the PCS G Block in select areas, the first more often that the latter, although this very well could be stale data. Did you have a chance to grab engineering screenshots?

Oh cool - didn’t know that. I’ll definitely keep my eyes peeled - hopefully I’ll see some motion soon.
-
See but when I say decommed I mean fully decommissioned - equipment, basestation and everything else removed. That being said, though, who knows? Maybe I’ll see Sprint come back and throw up some new stuff in the coming months.
-
Cool stuff! In Huwei markets a lot of phase 2B sites were decommissioned (sadly) but it sounds like 2Bers in other markets are finally getting targeted for upgrades. Goodie goodie goodie .
-
Ah didn’t know they were in the process of vendor alignment. So it sounds like Samsung clear equipment in Samsung NV markets is here to stay (until 8T8R or triband upgrades) but all other Clear markets will be getting mini macros or better?
-
I was under the impression that Sprint was not swapping 2xCA capable Clear equipment out with mini macros, only the single carrier stuff?
-
You’ll most likely see 2xCA-capable Clear sites replaced with either triband antennas or 8T8Rs .

Adjusted handoff parameters are necessary for any sort of VoLTE implementation, which Sprint aims to deploy in the near future.
-
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. Try ##CLEAR# as well.

Calling Plus (VoLTE "Lite")

Verizon unlimited customers getting the boot.

Agreed. Ensuing penalties are the key. Neither side should be able to break the contract without penalty. Beside the point. This is more a discussion of principle. -

You believe they have the right to alter a contractual agreement with you without your notice or consent? That’s not really how a contract works (or should work). -

Your plan should never be changed without notice or your consent. Just the idea of that is absolutely ridiculous. -
Maybe try it next time and let us know what happens. It would be really interesting if the phone latched onto AT&T LTE over Sprint CDMA.
-
Did you try an airplane mode toggle on either of the two phones?
-
Sprint has no shortage of spectrum in Chicago since US Cellular exited the market.
-
Interesting. Are you sure Sprint CDMA was available? If so, this is a big indication that VoLTE is close.
-
I believe all issues have been resolved.
-
Looks like a typical Sprint mini macro small cell setup.

I received the same email.
