  1. There's most likely more in in citrus heights, folsom, and rancho cordova but they dont post permits online. Also definitely out east along HWY 50 as well as they post only weekly permit reports & doesn't show the reports from before.
  2. This is what happens when the temperatures outside exceed 105 degrees and you don't feel like doing much physical activity... That is approximately 92 cell sites in the market of around ~500 that is in various stages of progress. Good stuff I say.
  3. The first sites done are usually the ones where they have the least trouble in getting backhaul, permits approved, etc. As the market moves on, the easier sites get finished and the harder to work on sites begin which takes longer to finish. It holds true for basically every market. The last sites, or sites that are being last to begun, usually take the longest.
  4. I actually saw quite a few clearwire applications in the historic reports dating from mid 2010. I think that was the point where they ran out of money... Anyways. Stockton permits need to be requested in person which stinks but at least the county reports gives a good indication for that area.
  5. no NOn no no. It's the Sprint Exclusive Samsung Galaxy S4 1080P Super Amoled High Definition Epic 4g Tri-Band LTE Touch
  6. All this talk about BBQ... and food... so off topic and making me hungry... oh well... my contribution to making everyone else hungry as well...
  7. That's practically what T-mobile did. Start emptying their HSPA+ only GS3's quietly when their LTE GS3's started appearing. Didn't turn out that bad for them.
  8. -2016-2017 before anyone can even think of implementing 600 mhz service. -Sprints deployment will be 5x5 for SMR 800, 5x5 for PCS 1900 & carrier aggregation later on, and 20mhz for TDD-LTE 2.5ghz w/ carrier aggregation.
  9. Exact locations are sponsors only but these sites are along lincoln highway / us route 50, coloma street, and folsom blvd. Maybe go visit the one at rossmoor shopping center that another member saw work being done.
  10. All towers get 800. Their configurations are unknown but possibly has antenna downtilt set a bit further than the PCS signal but not that much further that is causes problems.
  11. Read here : http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/3951-sprint-carrier-update-hack-for-iphone-5-only/&do=findComment&comment=149760
  12. Make redundancies of redundancies. I expect albums of 100s of photos of the same thing (Lol). But seriously. I scoured this entire thread, San bernando , orange county, and metro la and cannot find much images so it's much appreciated if yall step up with the images of Alu equipment!
  13. Nope. Back to NV reporting. Slackers! Get me some pictures of Alcatel-Lucent base stations and of the no 800 rru setup so i can add better pictures to my thread!
  14. It's the FDD- setup. Your upload can only be half of the download theoretically. T-mobile, ATT, VZ, & the rest are limited to this as well.
  15. It'd be nice if some people at rancho would go visit their local cell towers and take pictures since work is confirmed over there...
  16. http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/1195-information-about-s4gru-sponsorship-levels-and-how-to-become-a-sponsor/
  17. 90% of the time the site stays live with the technology it's been accepted for. Other times they're shut off and reappear a while later.
  18. Technology is accepted and there's no problem in broadcasting the signal.
  19. *looks at the sponsor permit thread that I'm updating every other day* Not really. Will get busy as more areas give permit reports... First permits issued over @ modesto
  20. The Samsung cabinets are all the same two 70" tall cabinets. Every vendor has their own cabinet style but they do the same thing regardless. Legacy wise, there have been dozens of vendors used over the years by Sprint corporate and the affiliates they've acquired so one cannot summarize all legacy equipment in a few pictures like you can with the new network vision gear.
