  1. I just got back from a week trip there. Service was awful on the strip. LTE was so slow iMessages would not even send, and this was on all different bands, including B41 "Spark". Rootmetric scores account for this change. 2016 Sprint was number 1 across the board, this year they dropped to third. It's a bummer considering B41 is Sprint's latest and greatest!
  2. I would assume it's probably because Sprint uses 5x5mhz for bandwidth while Att and Verizon use 10x10mhz.
  3. What would Freq Band Indicator 26 mean? How about Download Bandwidth of 5MHz?
  4. Anyone else have any thoughts of when Spark will make its way to Louisville?
  5. Just posted my pictures in the West/East Kentucky interactive map thread, the same one you posted yours in.
  6. That Network Vision tower in Middletown is less than 3 miles from me. It's right across from a massive Wal-Mart. I'll grab some pictures of it when I go grocery shopping today and post it up later to see what you all can figure out. So it looks to be a new tower to Sprint customers but old to Att and T-mobile?
  7. I donated a little money so I have the sponsor title for the time being. I just can't figure out where to find these sponsor maps anywhere. Any help lol?
  8. That is why my service is so much better. Was it just an upgraded tower? Or a newly built one?
  9. I'm out in Middletown in Lake Forest. My house has usually needed an Airave because of the horrible Sprint reception. Our phones usually had -108db signal outside. Inside signal was nonexistent. I noticed for the past week that I wasn't hearing the three beeps before the start of a call (indicating I was connected through the Airave). I unplugged the Airave on Monday and voila, all of our Sprint phones (iPhone 5 and 4, 2 Samsung Transform Ultras) have been working fine without the Airave. *99 indicates I'm not connected to an Airave, and signal outside is -88db, inside it varies from -89db through -98db. I'm not sure what they are doing but I'm liking it! Inside I actually have been getting useable 3G speeds, .70mbps down/ .55mbps up with ping around 98-175. Any ideas of what they could be up to?
  10. Hahahah sorry, eyes are playing tricks on me, but yes I mean eHRPD.
  11. What does eHARP mean? I have an iPhone 5, is there anyway I can check on it? I'm in Louisville and if I could check it at random spots of the city when I'm out that would be awesome.
  12. I really hope deployment of Eastern Kentucky:Lexington isn't ahead of Western Kentucky:Louisville. Louisville and surrounding areas are way more heavily populated.
  13. I live in Louisville, and we need these upgrades horribly. Service here has always been subpar with Sprint, but now even with 5 bars data is useless.
