  1. Quick check of the radar for the morning drive. https://t.co/fCDQ2v6EqB

  2. That is a site up to your north at Adam Dairy and Shamrock. I would expect to see a signal in the -90 - -80 dBm range if you were connecting to a B41 site 400 yards away. The site you are connecting to is also broadcasting 2xCA. However, since the signal is at the bottom end of the range, you probably won't see great speeds.

  4. Network Vision/LTE - LA Metro Market

I wondered but I was not sure. For some reason I thought there may be a difference between relay sites and fiber fed sites.
  5. Upload CA is not currently used at all. No, there is no way to make it work on older devices. Currently there are only a few devices that support upload CA, and they were released this year. 41+25 is on the roadmap, however it is not clear when that will happen. Only one device that I know of even possibly supports this CA combination.
  6. SITE UPGRADE WARNING

    Colors seem fine to me.
  7. Network Vision/LTE - LA Metro Market

MM (Mini macro) in Southern California is more commonly from a converted Clear site or new B41 deployments on macro sites, but MMs are sometimes used on small cells.
  8. Network Vision/LTE - LA Metro Market

SCP is able to detect the difference between a macro site and a small cell. It will say Sprint B41 SC (or MM) if you are connected to a small cell. The BSL is based on the 1x signal, which is only broadcast from macro sites. As already mentioned, small cells are LTE only.
  9. Official Magic Box discussion thread

SMS and MMS have been running over LTE since devices switched to the single transmit radio design.
  10. Pixel 2 XL Preview/User Thread

SCP screen shot, and perhaps engineering screen to see CA settings. Probably best to move this over to one of the KS market threads now, ha.

Well, that site is not a Clear site, so that might be the problem. It's Sprint, and I don't have a B41 confirmation on it either. By the way... I had no idea there was a street call Cowherd.... Lol!

All the Clear sits in the KC area are broadcast 2xCA if they have B41. Are you sure there is no CA on that site?
  14. In terms of video editing, at least in news, there has been a strong trend away from Apple products lately. With the phasing out of Final Cut, and the more widespread use of Adobe Premiere, more and more stations are now swapping out Apple machines for more powerful PCs with the Adobe suite on them. This is not an argument for or against anything, just pointing out a trend.
  15. I'm not really interested in the argument here, but just want to point out that I got a Quick Charge with both my G5 and G6.
