I would like to see this "shot". is there a way to know if they are working on a tower once the permit has been issued, without driving out there?

any idea which telecom (hawaiian telecom?) and if the site is shared with other providers can they piggy back off their fiber run if they use the same telecom provider?

salt on the wound....ouch! I have seen some improvement on the 3g. I get 500k now instead of 25K when I do speedtest.
