Try to make this as short and simple as possible. I have three devices; 2 of which are on the same plan and the third on a separate plan.
The third device is my tab 4 which is picking up SprintB41 site 310120 just great. I get 3 bars downstairs.
My other two devices; Galaxy Note 4 & Galaxy Note Edge for some reason will not pick up this tower. I have tried PRL updates, Profile updates, restarted the phones and all I can get them to connect to is a ClearwireB41 site.
More background info...all devices have same Sim card as when purchased, tablet stays off 3/4 of the day and my phones are on when I wake up and turn them off at night. No matter where I go inside or out my phones won't connect to the Sprint site.
Anybody have any ideas before I call Sprint trying to figure something out? I'm not sure how long the tablet has been able to connect to this site so I'm not sure what to think of it besides agitated that the tablet of all things is connecting. I posted two photos; one of the tablet connected to the Sprint site; second of the Clear wire site my phones connect to.
I snagged an Airave 3 this week thanks to a timely heads up by a friendly S4GRUer! Sounds like inventory is still sparse, but I got lucky. Had to set up an RMA for the broken 2.5 before they would finish processing the new order. Arrived a few days later via UPS Ground and working ok so far. Biggest difference to me so far: the aesthetics. It is much larger than I expected; I knew it was bigger, but it still surprised me. All of the wires connect on the bottom. The data LEDs are on one side of the housing, while the voice LEDs are on the other. None of this is really a problem, just unusual.
This is a very shortsighted comment. As if Sprint had the ability to print money. Or they had some large windfall and mis-spent it. It is Tmo that had the windfall, like when AT&T had to pay them off after they pulled out of the buyout. Sprint only had tons of debt.
well T-Mobile has been much much more consistent through action with network upgrades, expansion, and spectrum deployement and use. which as been proven by action. Sprint has made many empty promises that have either never been full filled or have been severly delayed. if they had been much better in terms of deployment and of course money then T Mobile Would be where sprint is Today.
