Qualcomm announced this week it has a program under way to develop Push to Talk (PTT) technology to run over Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks. As we all know, Sprint is migrating to a LTE network for it's 4G technology in Network Vision.

Here we go! Clearwire, has found itself in a cash flow crunch. According to the Wall Street Journal, the struggling WiMax carrier and Sprint 4G partner is now considering skipping its debt payment of $237 Million dollars that is due December 1st. With only $698 Million currently available to fund it's entire operation, skipping the payment sure would give them a little breathing room.

I decided to break from my Thanksgiving merriment to bring you breaking news that AT&T has decided to withdraw it's Application to the FCC for it's merger with T-Mobile. However, even though technically the merger is off with this change, AT&T says they are not giving up completely.

Sensorly does not post roaming results. They only post native service. For instance, if your device is posting 3G data, it looks to see what network you are on. If you are on your native network, the results show up on the Sensorly coverage map. If you are

LTE DEPLOYMENT NOTE: Did you know that Sprint is not necessarily starting their LTE deployment in WiMax areas first? In this slide, it shows that in the first year of LTE deployment there will be 123 Million covered. Only 67 Million overlapping with WiMax.

According to the thecellphonejunkie.com, prices for the new Sprint Galaxy Nexus LTE is to be $200 and the new LG Viper 4G LTE is to be $100. They will more likely be $199 and $99 respectively.

My only question is what happens when EBS licenses overlap? Do we know how it's determined who uses what and where? For example in NYC, NW Spectrum (NextWave) has two leases that apply to 2624-2640.5MHz covering all of NYC but T-Mobile also leases that same slice of EBS from someone else that covers most of NYC, but not all.

Have you seen any good speeds on b13 last time I tested it it was super slow only b25 and b41 got some speed and I wasn't in a urban area so it shouldn't be as congested but each time I connected to b13 the speedtest wouldn't run
