I know the site does have fiber thiugh because at 3 in the afternoon i ran a speed test on 3G and i got 2.45 down

Mine Is the same in certain areas and I still get decent speeds on 3G. Since your area is still filling in with lte. I'm sure a lot of customers switch in the past year or so
