How come?

Sent from my iPhone 6+

Opening a new line to get the phone is an expense I cannot afford right now, and I also can't be without a phone on my account. If I sell my current phone now, what will I use until Thursday? Not to mention the person that bought it might be mad for the delay. I've had enough issues with PayPal this year.

How come?

Josh and the iPhone are beefin' now.

(I loathe the interrogative, "How come?"  It is grammatically degenerate.  "Why?" is the appropriate interrogative.)

You've been around too many English teachers.

How come?  And maybe I am an English teacher.

That could be it.

You started a sentence with "That," but you did so correctly.  Good job.

Now, if only we could get you to write like that and more on The Wall...

;)

Hey guys you thought Sprints website was a complete fiasco look at this mess in the comments which to me is way worse. http://www.tmonews.com/2015/09/you-can-now-pre-order-an-iphone-6s-or-iphone-6s-plus/

Really is. I wasn't overly excited about this phone but now I am since I signed my installment agreement yesterday morning. But the phone does have a lot of new additions for it to be a S. It makes me wonder though if I'll get the 7 next fall.

Interesting, was looking at AppleCare from Best Buy and noticed that is lists it for the iPhone 6S and 6S+ for $99 through them:

That is the service repair price for accidental damage. They don't even list the purchase price for AppleCare+ on that page.

Look at those Rose Gold shipping dates.  A lot of women who drink blush wine and men who use T-Mobile must be ordering the iPhone 6S.

:P

Oh good. The 128GB Gold is still on track for 9/25. Now I just have to find the money to pay off my phone and get it.

    • Definite usage quirks in hunting down these sites with a rainbow sim in a s24 ultra. Fell into a hole yesterday so sent off to T-Mobile purgatory. Try my various techniques. No Dish. Get within binocular range of former Sprint colocation and can see Dish equipment. Try to manually set network and everybody but no Dish is listed.  Airplane mode, restart, turn on and off sim, still no Dish. Pull upto 200ft from site straight on with antenna.  Still no Dish. Get to manual network hunting again on phone, power off phone for two minutes. Finally see Dish in manual network selection and choose it. Great signal as expected. I still think the 15 minute rule might work but lack patience. (With Sprint years ago, while roaming on AT&T, the phone would check for Sprint about every fifteen minutes. So at highway speed you could get to about the third Sprint site before roaming would end). Using both cellmapper and signalcheck.net maps to hunt down these sites. Cellmapper response is almost immediate these days (was taking weeks many months ago).  Their idea of where a site can be is often many miles apart. Of course not the same dataset. Also different ideas as how to label a site, but sector details can match with enough data (mimo makes this hard with its many sectors). Dish was using county spacing in a flat suburban area, but is now denser in a hilly richer suburban area.  Likely density of customers makes no difference as a poorer urban area with likely more Dish customers still has country spacing of sites.
    • Mike if you need more Dish data, I have been hunting down sites in western Columbus.  So far just n70 and n71 reporting although I CA all three.
    • Good catch! I meant 115932/119932. Edited my original post I've noticed the same thing lately and have just assumed that they're skipping it now because they're finally able to deploy mmWave small cells.
