I like Milan a lot but deducing coverage from speed tests is just wrong.

Actually, went to a fair today that had a Verizon COW set up i believe.  I roamed on it much of the time while there.  Sent some traffic through and my roaming totals did update from that traffic so USCC roaming, not counted (even in native coverage totals for some reason).  Verizon roaming IS counted.

Oh I assume limited to 250mb per month. 

LTE only, and voice still roaming on Verizon.

300mb roaming limit as far as I know..

On most plans you will get cut off after 100mb. My brother on the way to New Mexico encountered roaming and managed to use 100mb and was cut off.

Nope still nothing. The first time I went up to Wausau was almost 1.5 weeks ago with LTE roaming, and now it's been over 24 hours since I was last on LTE roaming and still at 0. Both after using Cellcom and U.S. Cellular roaming data.

Tomorrow we're headed down to Prarie Du Chien and will be roaming from La Crosse until we get there. I'll recreate the experience again and see what I roam on... but still looking very promising as long as I stay off of Verizon!

There's no map, but we do know that Sprint doesn't allow AT&T LTE roaming inside most major markets and the counties surrounding them. Sprint handsets just won't connect to AT&T in cities such as New York, Dallas, or LA. 

With Connecticut being so small, chances are that your county is too close to Hartford. You'll probably have to drive North into Vermont before you see any AT&T.

i roamed in vermont on AT&T back in the beginning of June but the speeds are throttled to be really really low.

You’re usually looking at sub megabit speeds. That being said, pings are low and lightweight activities like web browsing work pretty well - miles better than Verizon roaming at least. Streaming video is usually a no go.

Snake.... don't you think they won't do any network openings until the Merger is finalized and "closed"... meaning complete?   

I'm not thinking they will immediately open LTE or any of their network for Sprint for  just "announcing" a plan to merge...   Just my thoughts..  I'd love it if they did, but I'm not feeling it...

I thought that AT&T opened up their network soon after the announcement or their merger with T-Mobile. I could be wrong though... :). Maybe I am confusing it with the break up fee...

As soon as the merger is approved they will open up roaming on each other's networks.

      Definite usage quirks in hunting down these sites with a rainbow sim in a s24 ultra. Fell into a hole yesterday so sent off to T-Mobile purgatory. Try my various techniques. No Dish. Get within binocular range of former Sprint colocation and can see Dish equipment. Try to manually set network and everybody but no Dish is listed.  Airplane mode, restart, turn on and off sim, still no Dish. Pull upto 200ft from site straight on with antenna.  Still no Dish. Get to manual network hunting again on phone, power off phone for two minutes. Finally see Dish in manual network selection and choose it. Great signal as expected. I still think the 15 minute rule might work but lack patience. (With Sprint years ago, while roaming on AT&T, the phone would check for Sprint about every fifteen minutes. So at highway speed you could get to about the third Sprint site before roaming would end). Using both cellmapper and signalcheck.net maps to hunt down these sites. Cellmapper response is almost immediate these days (was taking weeks many months ago).  Their idea of where a site can be is often many miles apart. Of course not the same dataset. Also different ideas as how to label a site, but sector details can match with enough data (mimo makes this hard with its many sectors). Dish was using county spacing in a flat suburban area, but is now denser in a hilly richer suburban area.  Likely density of customers makes no difference as a poorer urban area with likely more Dish customers still has country spacing of sites.

      Mike if you need more Dish data, I have been hunting down sites in western Columbus.  So far just n70 and n71 reporting although I CA all three.

      Good catch! I meant 115932/119932. Edited my original post I've noticed the same thing lately and have just assumed that they're skipping it now because they're finally able to deploy mmWave small cells.
